Explains that the "profession has become a more specialized industry in the area of associate management...[there are the] positions of spray technician, irrigation technician and second assistant." Describes several characteristics of good management, including "the ability to be profitable"; "the improved ability to effectively communicate with associates"; and "delegation of accountability."
