States that the National Emergency Food Commission "has secured the cooperation of hundreds of newspapers and magazines, which are daily printing and publishing, and will continue to print and publish, expert instructions on when and how and what to plant in the vegetable garden. In this work they are assisted by thousands of garden experts, who represent the leading horticultural and agricultural societies."
