Abstract/Contents: | Offers preventative golf car maintenance suggestions for winter. Recommends to "clean the battery racks, tops and terminals using a battery acid neutralizer"; "fully charge the batteries"; "thoroughly clean the front and rear body, seats, battery compartment and underside of each vehicle"; and "make sure the facility has adequate outside ventilation to prevent the accumulation of hydrogen gas." Concludes that "although preventive maintenance can't guarantee there won't be any issues...it can reduce the likelihood of major complications." |
