Abstract/Contents:Discusses carbon emissions stating that "carbon emissions are considered to be among the leading causes of global warming and climate change." Also states that "the ability to trap (sequester) carbon from the atmosphere is...considered a marketable commodity, especially for those industries that emit enormous amounts of it." Suggests that "operations or industries that have the ability to sequester carbon or for whom reducing carbon emissions is relatively cost effective could sell the carbon they sequester on an open market, such as the Chicago Climate Exchange."
