Suggests that "in Southern Florida...on the light, sand soil where over a period of years, some modification to increase the waterholding capacity is needed...In the North, with seed [it is felt] that superphosphate and phosphoric acid are the key elements so far as getting a good, uniform cover is concerned and particularly on the heavy soils."
