Abstract/Contents: | Here are the basic points. One goose produces 89 pounds of fecal matter each year. That poop is 1.1% nitrogen, 0.6% phosphorous, and 0.5% potassium Assume you have 30 geese. Collectively, that group produces 2,670 pounds of fecal matter: - 29.37 pounds of nitrogen* - 16.02 pounds of phosphorous** - 13.35 pounds of potassium *29.37 pounds of nitrogen is the equivalent of 587 pounds of 5-0-0 **16.02 pounds of phosphorous is the equivalent of 160 pounds of 0-10-0 |
