| Abstract/Contents: | Presents a study conducted to evaluate Kentucky bluegrass (KBG), tall fescue (TF), and buffalograss (BFG) "for tolerance to burn potential of F8426." States that the "trial objective was to document phytotoxicity from F8426 to three turfgrass species." Reports that "phytotoxicity visually appeared on TF at 3 DAT [days after treatment] and then on KBG...and BFG...at 5 DAT. Damage from F8426, ranked from longest to shortest persistence, with TF as the longest, followed by BFG and than the relatively unsusceptible KBG. Generally, the highest phytotoxicity ratings were provided when F8426 was combined with a labeled herbicide." |
