| Abstract/Contents: | Presents revision to the Control of Pesticides Regulations 1986 which prohibits the advertisement, storage, sale, supply or use of pesticides outside the conditions of consents given by Ministers. Earlier Consents were revoked in January of 1989 and replaced by four new Consents dealing with: A) advertisement, B) sale, supply and storage, C(i) use in general, and C (ii) aerial application. The main changes concern tank mixing and certification of professional users. |
