| Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the possible legal problems golf courses face when implementing rules that require use of spikeless golf shoes. Also discusses benefits that come from spikeless golf shoes, including "smoother and healthier greens, reduced wear and tear on carts, carpeting and other property; and increased comfort to the player, both on and off the course." Discusses the importance of educating golfers about the dangers of wearing spikeless golf shoes in order to prevent future litigation against golf courses. |
