Abstract/Contents:Details a study that marks the first report of brown ring patch being caused by Waitea circinata variant circinata on Poa trivialis. States that "pots of Cypress roughstalk bluegrass that were one week postemergence were inoculated with the pathogen using 10 infested wheat grains...Hyphae grew from the grains and colonized the grass." Notes that "more than 90% of the turf in pots was dead after one week."
