| Abstract/Contents: | "Control of weeds chemically and through management is a major component of the research program at this station. Through the course of each season dozens of trials are established at the experiment station, on sod farms, golf courses and other properties throughout the state. Studies encompass selective control of all turfgrass weed species of importance in the region as well as chemicals for use in turfgrass renovation and be on review as many studies are located off campus. Several papers on our studies are presented annually at the Northeastern Weed Science Society Meeting and reprints of many studies through the years are available on request." |
