| Abstract/Contents: | "To keep pace with the release of new turfgrass cultivars it is necessary to establish new variety trials almost yearly. Several variety trials will be one exhibit for this field day. Many remarkable new varieties are included and cutting height variables (3/4 and 1-1/2 inch) are included in some trials. The oldest trials still in test were seeded in 1968. Results with bluegrasses and fescues in certain of these trials have been published and reprints are available on request." |
