Abstract/Contents:In November, 1988 three shipments of tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea) from Artgentina were found to be heavily infested with serrated tussock (Nassella trichotoma (Nees) Hackel ex Arech.), a perennial, tussock-forming grass native to argentina. The species is prohibited entry into the United Sates under the Federal Noxious Weed Act.
