Abstract/Contents:Briefly presents a study on the potential adaptability of Poa Pratensis in humid subtropical climates, indicating that it "is a widely used cool-season turfgrass...primarily distributed in the north and southwest of China." Mentions the methods and materials employed in the study, explaining that "performance was estimated by establishment rate, color, density, texture, uniformity, green duration, rust disease resistance and heat resistance once per month all the year." Reports the results of the study, including the growth rate and rhizome number. Needs to note unsuitability of this species in this climate.
