| Abstract/Contents: | Presents research conducted at Mississippi State University to "[evaluate] curative fungicide applications for control of Microdochium patch on a seashore paspalum green." Details the materials and methods used in the study, stating that "three fungicide applications were made at 14-d [14 day] intervals after observing Microdochium patch symptoms on the green 10 Sep [September] with the last application on 8 Oct [October]." Reports that "Heritage TL, Insignia, Daconil Ultrex, Medallion, and Chipco Signature tank-mixed with Fore had the best curative response 14-d after the first fungicide application." Notes that "uniform bronzing throughout plots treated with Banner Maxx and Instrata, consistent with effects of DMI [demethylation inhibiting] fungicides, was evident 1 Oct and remained visible into dormancy." |
