Details the process of adding the holes, explaining that "it was necessary to sow the whole of the fairways and greens...[and] preparation of the seed bed for the fairway had to be carefully considered...methods of cultivation [were employed]...[and] specific fertiliser [fertilizer] pre-treatment was undertaken."
