Explains that Parker stripped the native sandy soil off of the fields and blended the strippings with composted leaf mulch, adding that "the material was transported back to the job site and was disked into the top 6 to 8 inches of the soil profile." Emphasizes the use of Oceangro fertilizer on the sites and presents results from a trial conducted by Parker to test the efficacy of the fertilizer. Indicates that Oceangro may have a better germination rate and deeper rooting.
