Abstract
(Thanks to DTRF) | "'Storm en regen, westenwind'. Aan dat liedje van Maggie Mc. Neal moet ik denken wanneer ik de slagboom van de 9-holes Domburgsche Golfclub passeer. Ik bezoek één van de weinige en echte Nederlandse links golfbanen. Greenkeeper Jan Willem Poppe zal me daar zijn trots demonstreren. Het gaat om de Spider waarmee hij bomkraters op zijn baan te lijf gaat: niet om de vliegtuigbommen uit WO II onschadelijk te maken, maar om bomkraters als spelobject bespeelbaar te houden voor de golfers." |
