| Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the potential importance of communication, emphasizing the United States Golf Association (USGA) Turf Advisory Service (TAS) as "a tool to encourage open discussion about golf course conditioning and maintenance." Highlights several ways in which superintendents might use the TAS to improve communications at their courses, focusing on full-day visits, green committee member orientation, morning and evening meetings, board meetings, agenda development, and employee meetings.
