Abstract
(Thanks to DTRF) | "Uitwerpselen van dieren hebben vele schrale zandgronden de afgelopen eeuwen omgetoverd in grazige weiden en vruchtbaar akkerland. En dat gebeurt nog steeds. Daar staan we niet bij stil als we in het voorjaar de geur van varkens- en runderdrijfmest ruiken. Het Efteling Golfpark schuwt de geuremissies van dit product niet en past de drijfmest van varkens sinds 2006 op haar golfbaan toe. Dat verhoogt op milieuvriendelijke en voordelige manier het organische stofgehalte in de bodem, zorgt voor voedingsstoffen voor het gras en stimuleert het bodemleven.
