(Thanks to DTRF) | "In Nederland zijn we verwend met een uitstekende de infrastructuur op het gebied van sportveldbouw en aanleg. Adviseur Rob de Heer is bij uitstek een specialist in het aanleggen van sportvelden onder minder gunstige omstandigheden: 'In Nederland bel je 's ochtends voor 1000 kuub zand en dat ga je dan 's middags ophalen. In Afrika gaat dat absoluut niet zo. Bouwmaterialen zijn veel moeilijker beschikbaar.'" |
