Abstract
(Thanks to DTRF) | "Wesley de Jong (17) en Emre Ikdogan (27) zijn twee Wajonger's. Zij hebben allebei sinds dit voorjaar een baan als assistent medewerker sportvelden. Wesley bij De Ridder voor de sportvelden van onder andere sportclub Buiten Boys en Almere City FC in Almere, Emre is in dienst van SV Kampong in Utrecht. Zij doen mee aan het Assistent Groundsman-project van Percuris dat als doel heeft jongeren te begeleiden naar werk op sportcomplexen. In Nederland worden steeds vaker jongeren ingezet in het sportveldonderhoud. Wat steken zij op van hun baan? En wat leert hun omgeving van het werken met hen?" |
