Details the materials and methods used in the study, stating that "the products included AcelyprynTM [Acelepryn] (chlorantraniliprole...), ProvauntTM (indoxacarb), and TalstarTM (bifenthrin)." Reports that "all treatments reduced populations significantly compared to the untreated check, but AceleprynTM alone only provided 70 to 75% control in the earlier applications." Concludes that "this test provides evidence that the new products, AceleprynTM and ProvauntTM, can provide very acceptable control of the annual bluegrass weevil without the aid of pyrethroids." |
