Abstract/Contents: | Presents preliminary findings from research conducted at the University of Georgia on "localized dry spots caused by hydrophobic soils." Reports that "numerous treatments ranging from the incorporation of soil amendments to wetting agents to the application of hydrogen peroxide have been make in an attempt to alleviate the problem." States that "before any legitimate control strategies can be developed, we must better understand the problem." |
