Abstract/Contents: | Planning the task of expanding company sales and controlling growth can be rewarding but also very time consuming. The first step in expanding your sod sales is to identify and know the market. Then appoint a staff member to monitor information for potential customers. This information will show you what segments of the market you are servicing, the names of your customers in each category, and the amount of sod sold to each. Once you have evaluated your customers, the next step is to develop a marketing plan to reach others that you want to add to your sales. |
