| Abstract/Contents: | This year is almost over and it was not one of the typical years in which very seldom come around. The education of the customers are the most important in a business although it is sometimes necessary to educate the neighbors and learn from them what you need to change or improve. There is a book that clearly states ways and examples to improve an individual company or industry and it is called "Explaining Environmental Risk". This book also prepares you for media questions that may startle you if you are unprepared. |
