Abstract/Contents: | Funding is a major turf problem on small campuses. Hiring students is one way to overcome funding problems. Community Service workers supplied by the court system are another possible solution to the problem. Usage and scheduling is critical on small campuses. Scheduling maintenance is impotrtant to create minimum amount of disturbance during class hours and around residence halls before 10:00am. |
