Abstract/Contents: | The type of time management turfgrass managers use often makes more problems than it solves. Time inventory is a useful plan for many managers. It divides business and personal activities into fifteen minute increments for a one-week period giving you a graphic picture of your time usage. Time planning is essential. It prevents overloads, sets priorities and prevents scheduling conflicts. Flexibility is a necessary part of this daily schedule. Writing out time goals helps in choosing a practical schedule. They should be specific, attainable and measurable. To insure you will have the time of your life make sure you know what you want and keep your focus on the present and future--not on the past. |
