| Abstract/Contents: | "Small plots of 20 red fescue cultivars received infrequent cutting treatments, decreasing in intensity over three years. This paper gives data on appearance, disease and persistence, and the number of times each cultivar grew to the predetermined height at which cutting took place. From these and other data, 59 cultivars are provisionally put into six height groups. This grouping is discussed in relation to choice of cultivars for low maintenance regimes." |
