Suggests that "drainage infrastructure upgrades are generally a quarter to half the cost of an irrigation system replacement and will generally last almost twice as long as irrigation pipe." Briefly profiles the XGD (eXisting Greens Drainage) System, "a subsurface piped, gravity flow drainage system installed in to the subsoil."
