Notes that "I had heard the stories about its' history as an upper-tier golf facility that had fallen on harder times after a few ownership changes and a bank foreclosure." Suggests that "everybody in the business can understand the feeling of not being able to bring the course to where they want it to be on a daily, weekly, monthly level due to lack of funding, lack of personnel, etc." |
