Abstract/Contents:Reports that "sustainable events offer advantages for all involved: facilities, sponsors, participants and the public." Notes that "when golf facilities promote ecologically responsible practices at tournaments, the paybacks are positive public relations, increased savings, attendee and vendor education, and involvement in the conservation of precious natural resources."
