Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the potential need for rules to cover cart paths interfering with play. Adds that "the NCGA, in the interest of uniformity, recommends that all its member clubs follow the USGA suggestion and declare cart paths ground under repair." Suggests that score card wording should read "if a ball comes to rest on a constructed path or if such cart path interferes with the players stance or swing the ball may be dropped two club lengths from the point of the margin of such area nearest to which the ball originally lay, but not nearer the hole." |
