Abstract/Contents: | Suggests that having television sets in golf course superintendent and crew break rooms is a mistake. Notes that not having a television is the break room "has played a significant role in developing the positive atmosphere and good camaraderie that our crews seem to consistently exhibit." Explains that the results have shown that employee moral is exceedingly high. Includes other forms of employee activities that could help build high employee retention. |
