Abstract/Contents: | An update on the launching of the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary System for Golf Courses. This relationship between golf courses and the Audubon Society recognizes that all green spaces are important and that positive partnerships can make a difference in the quality of the environment. The GCSAA has also adopted the Cooperative Sanctuary program which will allow the Audubon society to work directly with course managers on issues relative to wildlife management for golf courses. This input from the Audubon society may become part of the certification program for Superintendents. |
