Abstract/Contents: | Encourages that thinking of problems during the work day as speed bumps could be beneficial to stress levels and mental health. Suggests that when speed bumps are approached fast then the driver becomes tense, but if approached slow, calm, and relaxed then it is easier to go over. States that "problems can be really tough, but almost anyone can maneuver over a speed bump." |
