Abstract/Contents: | Discusses how Broadstone Golf Club is accommodating golf carts without golf cart paths. States that "in the summer of 2012, DSG Tag staff arrived at Broadstone to fit GPS [Global Positioning Satellite] tags and its Tag Touch screens to the club's cart fleet." Notes that zones were then created for where the golf carts could operate and if they were to go into a restricted area a buzzer would sound on the screen. Mentions that these tags are state of the art and provide technology for the golfers as they play the course. |
