Notes that "the aesthetics of golf courses, because of turf research and the many varieties of grasses...available now, along with the improved equipment and changes in mowing patters are the biggest noticeable things." Reports that in 1970, Joel Goldstrand, who was a touring pro, had joined the team and implemented practicing changes concerning mowing patterns. States that in 1982, Goldstrand designed a "Reversible Golf Course," mentioning that the course embodied the variety of two courses, however was the cost of one.
