States that in 2013, commercial fertilizer applicators will have to pass an exam testing their knowledge and competency in order to be licensed. Explains that the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) Mid-Atlantic Chapter is working to ensure that the Maryland Nutrient Management Law will allow for the proper application of fertilizers. |
