Abstract/Contents: | "Six post emergent herbicides were tested for efficacy on London rocket (Sisymbrium irio) in late spring desert conditions. HI-DEP (2, 4-D) and Turflon II amine and Turflon ester produced the most consistent injury after a single application. THe chemical clopyralid was slower to incite injury and did not appear to be synergistic when applied with tricholpyr in the commercial tan mix. Full season/application timing experiments are needed to better evaluate these materials in desert landscapes." |
