Abstract/Contents: | "... Some examples demonstrate the effects of methods where the soil was not properly worked [fehlerhafter Bodenbearbeitung], where too much pan exists and where imbalanced mixtures were used. ..." Some of the most common examples of a poor working are an uneven loosening of the soil, a damaging of the organic layer, inconsistant soil grain sizes, and poorly planned layering of the surface. Slit drainage is discussed, and particular emphasis is given to the close to the surface system [Bodennahebauweise] and some of the specifics of its construction needs. |
