| Abstract/Contents: | "The influence of NaCl and Na2SO4 which are the main salts in the saline soils in Gansu on the germination of 4 bluegrasses was studied in this paper. The results indicated that NaCl harmed 4 bluegrasses slight strongly than Na2SO4 during germination, the seed relative germination rate and length of radicle were negatively correlated with salt concentration significantly. The order of saltcolerance [salt tolerance] of 4 bluegrasses seeds during germination was 'Merit' Kentucky bluegrass > 'Sabre' Rough bluegrass > 'Ikone' Kentucky bluegrass > 'Wabash' kentucky bluegrass." |
