Abstract/Contents: | "Twenty cultivars of tall fescue were conducted in Beijing during 1986~1989. The result showed that most of them performed well. Some cultivars grew fast and produced high grass yield, such as 86-241 Forager, 86-235 Au-triumph, and 86-237 Mozark. Some of them can be used as turf grass and grew slowly, were short. Their leaves were thin and short and very dense. Such cultivars included 86-231 Jaguar, 86-230 Houndog and 86-240 Apach [Apache]." |
