| Abstract/Contents: | "The POD isozymes of the seven wild species of Poa were analysed by adopting polyacrylamide gel electrophorasis. The results showed that: (1) there were 13 zymograms; (2) Grassland Poa and Poa had 6 zymograms, but hard Poa had 3 zymograms; (3) Every Poa owned special symbol zymogram; (4) The different ecotype in the same species owned the same zymogram, but the content of enzyme and absorbing acme value were different." |
