Abstract/Contents: | "The morphological, biological characters and cultivating management techniques of Zinnia creeping introduced from USA in 1994 were evaluated in Qingdao, China. The results showed that this plant is a very attractive turf-type plant with wide adaptations used for turf purposes and urban landscape construction. It propagates by seed easily and produces a high density turf with gold-yellow flowers, long flowering time and some excellent low maintenance characteristics." |
