| Abstract/Contents: | "Effects of 5 kinds of organic fertilizer with different applying rates on the quality of Zoysia matrella and Eremochloa ophiuroides turf were studied in winter of 2000, compared with applying sands, potassium sulphate compound fertilizer and control. The results indicated that effect of marc of peanut was the best, which gave the longest effectiveness. Peat had good effects in a short time, but reduced quickly. The effect and duration of mushroom fertilizer was at medium level. Fertilizer of chaffs from tree branch was better than that of crumbs from tree branch, but both gave lower effectiveness. Sands only worked in a short time. Continuance of potassium sulphate compound fertilizer was shorter than organic one and was not reliable." |
