| Abstract/Contents: | "The effects of 6 plant growth regulators, including NAA, CCC, ABT, ABA and IAA, on root number, root length, tiller number, height and leaf growth of turfgrass were studied. The results indicated that 1) CCC, ABA and PP333 showed significant influence to reduce height and to restrain leaf growth; 2) ABA, NAA, CCC and PP333 could improve tiller numbers; 3) NAA, ABT IAA and CCC had obviously stimulating effect on root. With proper concentration, the regulators could speed up turf establishment, reduce vain growth and cut frequency." |
