| Abstract/Contents: | "In this paper, based on turf planting procedure, management measures and peculiarities, turf and green land in the garden of the Gulang County Party committee in Gansu province was planned, designed, planted and managed. In the process of establishing turf, attention must be paid to component parts including variety selection and matching, turf bed treatment, sowing time arrangement, irrigation and fertilization. Turf establishment results were evaluated. Turf colour was a uniformly distributed deep emerald green, coverage was complete, height 4~7 cm, weed percent 0.8 %, and no plant diseases or insect pests were found. The turf achieved the national first-class turf standard." |
