Abstract/Contents: | "Bluegrass, Perennial Ryegrass, Tall Fescue, Creeping Bentgrass and White Clover that were used widely in northern china were selected for experiments which based on NTEP turfgrass evaluation system during last three years. The results showed that the Tall Fescue and White Clover are the most suitable grass species in terms of low-level management intensity. The Kentucky Bluegrass is inferior to the former, though its quality decline relatively rapidly and low-fastness, its quality is better, it can be blended with Tall Fescue. Perennial Ryegrass and Creeping Bentgrass aren't adapt to the environment and management condition, they can't be used in middle strip of Shanxi province under low-level management." |
