Abstract/Contents: | "The regulation effects of different sand-clay proportions, peat-zeoplite mixtures on permeability of sand-based sport turf were studied. The results indicated that (1) small amount of clay affected turf permeability significantly, 1%~3% clay could help to maintain normal permeability; (2) The alternatives to keep appropriate permeability were 10%~15% peat or 25%~30% zeoplite separately, or 15% peat + 15% zeoplite or 20% peat + 20% zeoplite. (3) When clay content was 1.5%~2%, add 15%~20% zeoplite or 5%%~15% peat to achieve proper permeability." |
